embracing their unique, God-given purpose utilizing the Pathway to
Purpose (PTP)* process. This process is a multi-step journey with a Life
Purpose Coach, which results in a clearer understanding and vision of
the intersection of your passions and God's purpose for your life. She

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

RETREAT PLANNING
(using Pathway to Purpose for Women Book Series)
Cynthia is available as a consultant to come alongside your church's
Women's Ministry Leader or Retreat Director to help in implementing
Pathway to Purpose as the retreat theme.
The purpose of a Pathway-to-Purpose Retreat is to introduce women to the
life-giving biblical principles found in the Pathway to Purpose book
series, authored by Katie Brazelton, Ph.D.
The goal of a PTP Retreat is for women to:

DISCOVER how they can...Connect with God's unique vision for their lives

Be CHALLENGED to...Live with passion, purpose, gratitude and joy

Get ENCOURAGEMENT to...Be holy women of God.
The expected outcome is that women will experience two to three days of
meaningful worship, action-oriented teaching, and fun fellowship. In
addition, our prayer is that women would take home practical tools and
resources to live out their God-given destiny for the kingdom!
Possible Retreat Topics:
MINISTRY CONSULTING
A Women's Ministry Consultant comes alongside women leaders and their
teams in order to provide Pathway to Purpose tools and resources that
equip them for effective ministry in their churches.
Expected Outcome: Women Ministry Leaders will be affirmed and encouraged
in taking the next steps for their ministry to successfully implement a
Pathway to Purpose program for the encouragement and growth of their
church's women.
